As part of the acquisition of Custom Golf Car Supply and Red Hawk into Arrowhead Engineered Products, two sales team promotions have been announced to facilitate the golf team integration.
Laura Maxwell has been promoted to Senior Inside Sales Manager. In her new role, she will be focused on defining the structure of the combined Red Hawk-Custom Golf Car Supply sales team as well as the integration of the DoubleTake product line.
“It is a real privilege to play a part in bringing these two organizations under one umbrella,” Maxwell said. “Our people and our products are wonderfully complementary of one another, and our dealers are extremely excited about the possibilities of Red Hawk and DoubleTake coming together.” Maxwell, a four-year Red Hawk veteran, has distinguished herself at every step in her progression to leading the combined team. Since beginning as a Sales Analyst, Maxwell’s relentless pursuit of process improvement has resulted in increases in throughput across the sales organization.
Cyndi Henneman has been elevated to Inside Sales Manager at Red Hawk. With a six-year track record of success as a sales representative and a willingness to pitch in to help implement new systems and processes along the way, Henneman proved a natural choice for a leadership role. “I am looking forward to leveraging my experience in the company and the industry to help streamline the integration of Red Hawk and DoubleTake,” Henneman said. “This is a very important time for our company, and I am proud to be a part of it.”
Henneman will be partnering with Hal Knight, Sales Manager at Custom Golf Car Supply, to lead the combined Inside Sales Teams, both reporting to Laura Maxwell.
